The International Journal of Documentary Heritage (IJODH) is pleased to announce that the article
“Kari James. The Ongoing Need for the Pacific Manuscripts Bureau”
published in Vol.1 No.1 (December 2024), Article 4, has been selected as the 2025 Mander Jones Award Winner (Category 5) by the Australian Society of Archivists.
The judging panel commended the work as
“a timely autoethnographic article intertwining the history of PMB, global positioning of its role, and the evolving funding models—including the transition from microfilm to digital and the potential emergence of PMB as a future digital repository.”
